| Jaeisha Scott is the five-year-old girl from St. Petersburg, Florida that the police put into handcuffs for un-controlled and unruly behavior… The media and her supporters have taken exception to the school and the police who did this… Well, her supporters and the media are part of the continuing destruction of the American education system…discipline and respect should be a staple of the education system…and it’s not… Things that are basic…standardized testing…students who fail the course curriculum and have to repeat the grade…reform or alternative schools for unruly students…life isn’t a tee-ball game…where you don’t wanna hurt someone’s feelings…if a student isn’t capable of doing the work…or the student is outta hand, they should be dealt with…but parents who are un-realistic refuse to accept the facts…For some reason parents believe their kids can do no wrong…Teachers spend more time with these kids than the parents do… and should be given much more credit …instead of being attacked…and add to the mix the burden of the paper-work, lack of school supplies, and in general being continually dis-respected… When Al Shapton, the ACLU, the NAACP and other groups show up and ask how can you handcuff a five-year-old girl… I say remember Nathan Brazille, Jeff Weise, Eric Harris, Dylan Klebold and the list goes on…All Mass school murderers…all young innocent-looking children who changed lives forever with their hideous acts of school mass murders… Yes, times have changed… The question isn’t what’s wrong with our school system…the question is how did a five-year-old become so disrespectful and outta control…and where were Al Sharpton, the NAACP, ACLU, when these school mass murders were taking place… Discipline and respect should be bought to our schools…Teachers can’t teach with one arm tied behind their backs…and students can’t learn in a climate of disruption …if it takes handcuffs to learn the three "R’s"… So Be It… |
