| Immigration "America we have a problem"...We've lost our country...Illegal Mexican immigration in America has taken on a life of its own...The toothpaste is outta the tube...and there's nothing the U.S. can do...There are allegedly 11 million illegals in the U.S....but probably twice that many...Even though the U.S. was founded on immigration there can always be too much of a good thing...we all need water...but as we know we can have too much of it...just ask the people in New Orleans...we all need food but we can have too much of it...just ask the most obese country in the world...who also have the diseases to prove it...diabetes, heart disease etc.etc...When the Legislature decided to try to get some kind of immigration bill worked on..."The Majority" took to the streets of America to say "NO!"...The movement had nothing to do with the law...it was strictly people making the "People's Law" and saying, "What are you going to do about it?"...Because...as we've heard over and over they come here for a better life, to help their families and are willing to take jobs Americans don't want...Of course that's not true...Hispanics (Mexicans) have jobs throughout the American job market...from fast food workers to Mayors of major American cities...I would tend to believe in ten or twenty years from now if you say all Mexicans carry leaf blowers or mow lawns...you would be called a racist...unlike the immigrants at the turn of the last century, these illegal immigrants haven't adapted to our country...we've adapted to theirs...government agencies have become bilingual...and so have our schools...unlike the immigrants at the turn of the last century the illegals feel it's a right and not a privilege to be in America...You can bring in "Experts" from both sides who'll tell you if the illegals are good or bad for the economy...but the bottom line is...it's too late now...They're here, and they're not going anywhere...they're reproducing here and because of the U.S.'s "Politically Correct" failed immigration policy...they will be "The Majority" within the next two decades...Nothing short of putting walls up around our country will stop it...The U.S. is too afraid of offending...That's especially true because they've become a major voting block and politians don't want to offend them...Yes, this was a people's movement...and it was the majority of the people...but the majority of these people are in "Our" country illegally...over a hundred years ago the Statue of Liberty stood in the New York harbor inscribed with the words "Give us your tired and huddled masses"...well over a hundred years later things have changed...We don't want them anymore..."America, we have a problem."...We've lost our Country! |
